Price Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

Metalldel.no offers a price guarantee on its products. The price guarantee means that Metalldel.no, provided that all conditions set out below are fulfilled, will match a documented lower price from another supplier.

The price guarantee shall apply only if all of the following cumulative conditions are met:

  1. Prior to entering into a binding agreement, the customer must present written, verifiable documentation of a binding and comparable offer from another supplier.
  2. The competing offer must be issued by a supplier that manufactures in Norway and is registered with the Brønnøysund Register Centre as well as the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration’s Employer and Employee Register (Aa-register) at the time the offer is issued.
  3. All materials included in the competing offer must be purchased from a Norwegian wholesaler.
  4. The metal used in the product must be certified and documented in accordance with applicable national and/or international standards.
  5. The price guarantee is limited to orders with a total raw material usage not exceeding 4.5 m².
  6. Freight, packaging, duties, taxes, and any additional costs are not included in the price guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.
  7. Upon acceptance and fulfillment of the price guarantee, Metalldel.no reserves the right to extend the agreed delivery time by up to 45 business days, without this being deemed a delay or breach of contract.
  8. The price guarantee is conditional upon the product being capable of being uploaded, configured, and ordered directly through Metalldel.no’s website without manual intervention.
  9. The price guarantee applies exclusively to products which, in Metalldel.no’s sole assessment, are fully comparable in terms of specifications, quality, tolerances, material selection, production method, volume, delivery time, and other contractual conditions.
  10. Metalldel.no reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the price guarantee if one or more of the above conditions are not deemed to be fulfilled, or if the documentation provided is incomplete, insufficient, or not verifiable. The price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or special agreements unless expressly agreed in writing.
